RESPONSIBILITIES Administration:
Write and/or Edit general correspondences Organize meetings, events, and travel Organization and filing of documents (physical and digital) Assist with any special requests, projects, or errands as needed Property Management:
Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs Schedule maintenance and repairs Arrange vendor access to buildings / units REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or Higher Working proficiency with Word and Excel Computer and technology aptitude Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Detail orientation with strong abilities in organization and analysis References are required Hours:
