Program Therapist- Eating Disorder, Residential **Sign-On Bonus**
Job Description The Program Therapist assists and supports clients from admission through discharge.
The Program Therapist provides clinical assessments and contributes insightful, practical and meaningful information to the development of treatment plans.
They orient new clients to the treatment program and makes introductions to the staff and other program participants.
As a member of the treatment team, the Program Therapist meets weekly in collaborative fashion with the treatment team to discuss cases.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining a caseloadResponsible for the case management of the patient record, including assessments, individual treatment plan based on patient's needs, session notes, discharge plan and clinical discharge summaryFacilitation of process and psychoeducation groupsResponsible for family and social support involvement and documenting in patient recordAttends weekly treatment team and/or clinical meetingsServes as a liaison with multidisciplinary treatment teamParticipates in company trainings, webinars, individual and group supervision, and related meetingsThis is a full-time position.

Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in relevant field, required Completion of CA state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions, required Current BBS number with the state of California, requiredHolds an active clinical license in the state of California or operates under supervision and is not yet fully licensed, required Experience working in behavioral healthcare, highly preferred Obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 day of hire Must possess a current driver's license and be in good standing Additional Information We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
