Due to the nature of this role, it is not eligible for remote work and is full-time, 5 days a week in office.
Business Administration:
- With assistance and oversight from the Ops Team Lead, and Finance, manages Multi State licensing and employer compliance.
Examples include agency insurance licensing, workers comp, paid family leave law.
- Works with Payroll to help in setting up employer accounts when hiring in a new state.
- With assistance and oversight from the Ops Team Lead, manages carrier appointments.
- Maintains carrier login systems and assists with commission backup research.
- Assists and is backup for commissions data entry portion of Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Printing:
- Receives and runs print jobs from the other departments, including benefit guides, booklets, flyers.
- Responsible for shipping printed and promotional materials.
- Maintains printer supplies, toner, paper, shipping goods.
Office Management:
- Receives and sorts physical mail, scanning select items and organizing in computer file system.
- Works with building management to ensure physical office and appliances are maintained and secure.
- Orders and stocks snack bar and office beverages.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with payroll processing and employee record management - Familiarity with file management systems and procedures - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
