As the part-time Data Entry contractor at GMP Labeling, you will be responsible for researching each of our customer accounts, identifying which have a supplier diversity registration portal, and register our business as a Women's Business Enterprise.
Based on the number of clients we serve and the time to research/apply with each, we anticipate that this contract work will require 200 hours of work.
Upon completion of the project with satisfactory results, GMP Labeling will consider extending the contract to include new customer research, customer relationship management data entry/cleaning, and other data entry duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Research each customer account via website navigation and googling Identify customers that have a supplier diversity registration process/portal/contact Register GMP Labeling as a Women's Owned Business Enterprise with each current customer account that has a registration process Handle relatively sensitive information related to our clientbase and business Maintain a spreadsheet database that tracks customers and registrations Update existing data and transcribe, format, and proofread documents as necessary Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Qualifications Excellent researching skills Proficient with google products (sheets), web browser, and microsoft office Data entry experience preferred but not required or related office experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to transcribe information accurately Confidentiality Able to work in office for 20 hours/week Two years experience managing inventory or administering an office Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Work Environment Quiet office space with individual offices.
This role requires the employee to work on site Monday through Friday.
